Custom designed and built, this home is quintessential Volcano with the vaulted living area, large windows and extensive use of wood throughout. No vinyl plank flooring here! Skylights and ample windows help brighten spaces and allow views into the tree tops of native forest surrounding the house. Situated on a short private road in the heart of Volcano Village, you will appreciate the peace and quiet of life in the rainforest. Spacious decks off all exterior doorways offer an additional 520 sq ft of useable indoor/outdoor living area. At the entrance to the property is a 144 sq ft storage shed, and a greenhouse is located at the rear of the lot. The ferro cement catchment tank was thoughtfully covered with a metal roof for added protection and has the potential to provide more roof area to catch water. Smart! The home is in need of some new appliances and TLC, but the bones are good! Estate selling “AS IS” with no Seller Disclosure or repairs. No HOA or road fees, John A. Lee Rd. is a private road maintained by cooperation of neighbors as needed. See Virtual Tour at toolbar.
