Located just a few hundred yards from the old Hwy. and the General Store, and almost across from the school, this recently remodeled Redwood Volcano classic is priced to sell. Included in the upgrade: refinished Oak floors, 24×24 porcelain tile in the kitchen and bathroom floors, butcher block counters, new elec. fixtures, outlets and switches, and new paint in and out. An approx. 240 sq ft utility room/mud room off of the carport with half bath can lend itself as an office, storage or a spare bedroom for guests. The TMK may show it as part of the carport, but it has been corrected by the Tax Office to reflect as living area, bringing the total to 1, 200 sq. ft. The fairly level and grassy yard has a lot of mature landscaping to lend that verdant upland tropical feel. With Kilauea erupting on a fairly regular basis this year, this home will place you in a prime location for viewing the show. The selection of homes in “The Village” is thin right now, this one is priced to go quick.
