Here’s your newly built cabin in the woods. A great start on the Big Island – close to Pahoa for all your conveniences. This property was hand selected out of the 10-15 that were available at the time; for its distance away from neighbors, lack of albizia trees, and level topography. The closest neighbor is a block away in each direction. Surrounded by forest it feels like you are on acres. The one albizia tree that was on the property has been removed and Ohia are all around. A curved and graveled driveway was put in along with a landing pad for the cabin, which cannot be seen from the road (very private).
