Paradise Found — Tucked away at the terminal end of Makuu Drive and 12th Avenue, this serene property borders over 1, 000 acres of untouched State land, creating the ultimate privacy buffer amid a forest filled with birdsong. A rare opportunity for homesteaders, the property is fully outfitted—complete with a charming residence, agricultural infrastructure, and the option to purchase the adjoining 1-acre parcel (MLS 720794). The perimeter of both parcels is fully fenced, offering multiple possibilities for future expansion or enhanced seclusion.

Designed for a self-sufficient lifestyle, the property includes a small animal barn with three paddocks, a fenced garden with raised planters prepped with fresh soil, and a chicken coop with run located within the fenced backyard. A 10, 000-gallon rainwater catchment system with UV filtration supports sustainable living.

The home offers a unique dual-living layout:
• Upstairs – A 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat with private exterior entrance, nestled like a peaceful tree house hideaway.
• Downstairs – A spacious studio with kitchenette, full bath, and laundry—ideal for multi-generational living, guest quarters, a home office, or artist’s studio.

Recent upgrades add both style and comfort: engineered acacia wood flooring, new paint, updated fixtures, new appliances, a high-efficiency on-demand water heater, and a whole-house attic fan. The property also features an electronic gated entry for added privacy and security. The home is tastefully furnished, with furnishings negotiable for a smooth, turnkey move-in.

Outdoor entertaining is a standout feature of this property. The tiki bar serves as the heart of the home’s social space, with exterior lighting, a ceiling fan, and a refrigerator for convenience. A large fire circle provides the perfect setting for gathering with friends and family under the stars.
