Land For Sale

Opportunity knocks in Volcano. This property offers a unique opportunity for new owner to take over a producing Puna Coffee farm on 3 acres of Native Ohia Forest. Land was selectively cleared leaving native trees and unique lava features and interspersed with mature coffee trees. There are 300 + coffee trees planted across approximately two acres of the land leaving room for expansion, crop diversification and building sites for multiple dwellings and ag buildings. The higher elevation and shade forest help create a bean that can take a darker roast than Kona Coffee, a truly unique commodity. Property showcases responsible agriculture practices and has major potential for eco tourism located very close to Volcano National Park. Take advantage of years of work and development on this special property.
